Alana Lambert has worked with high-risk individuals in the mental health field since 2019. Alana struggled as a youth, facing homelessness and battling addictions while living in a small community in Alberta. Alana enrolled in the Social Work diploma program at NorQuest College and graduated in 2023. Alana enjoys her work with YOUCAN and believes that building strong relationships with high-risk youth can give them a better chance at succeeding in their adult lives.

Host Kyle Dubé welcomes a wide variety of guests who have all needed to be relentless in their lives to get to where they are today, or who have experienced a relentless pressure in their lives that has had an impact on their journey. This includes people who have been relentless in their professional endeavors, personal pursuits, entertainment aspirations, success in sports, battling addictions, fighting illness, suffering through extreme grief, and much more.
