What We Do
We assist young people to stay in school, transition back into school or transition into employment. We believe in a 50/50 attitude and approach when working with youth; we will work very hard for them, but we expect them to work very hard for themselves. Our Mission: We engage young people to transform their lives by interrupting the cycle of harm.

Verto Project
Verto Project
The Verto Project is a unique, 20-week pre-employment program that assists at-risk youth between the ages of 18-24 transition out of harm’s way and back into school or into the workforce.
Relentless Youth Workers

Community
Relentless Youth Workers aim to build long-term relationships with the youth ages 16-24 as they move through the Stages of Change model with the goal that they will eventually live independently and out of harm’s way moving into education or employment.
Road to Work Program
Road to Work Program
The Road to Work Program is a collaboration between YOUCAN Youth Services and ATS Traffic. The program will deliver workshops and industry focused trainings to successful candidates, aged 18-25 years old, giving them the tools needed to be employed in the traffic safety industry. The program will run over 4 consecutive weeks and is free of cost.
