VERTO Program.

A 20-week pre-employment program for youth (ages 18-24) that offers intensive training in personal development, technology, and job readiness. Participants gain skills to transition into employment or education, with a paid placement in the final 12 weeks

The Relentless Program.

The Relentless Program at YOUCAN Youth Services provides steady, unwavering support, helping youth move toward positive, healthy, and life-changing decisions.

Road To Work Program.

A transformative 20-week pre-employment program for youth (ages 18-24), guiding them out of harm's way and back into school or the workforce. Participants earn $15/hr for 9 weeks of programming.

Power Up.

The POWER UP Program is a potential training-to-employment program designed to help young adults ages 18-29 prepare for careers in Alberta’s growing energy sector. The program combines in-house training, industry certifications, and employment support to help participants build the skills needed to enter the workforce with confidence. Please note: POWER UP is currently pending final funding approval. At this stage, we are collecting expressions of interest only.
