Fund development manager.

Working closely with the Executive Director, leadership team, Board of Directors, and community partners, the Fund Development Manager will help tell the story of YOUCAN’s impact and connect individuals and organizations with meaningful opportunities to invest in young people. This position requires someone who is comfortable building relationships, making asks, developing proposals, organizing fundraising initiatives, and representing YOUCAN in the community. The successful candidate will be organized, outgoing, strategic, and passionate about creating opportunities for youth.
